Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to addresses in the state of California.
Most of our products are hand-crafted and made to order, therefore please allow 2-4 business days for the fulfillment of your order. You will be notified immediately if there is any additional delay.
After you place your order, Google Checkout will send you a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email from Google Checkout with tracking information.
Prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time. Price adjustment can be requested for full-price merchandise which has been marked down within 30 days of the order date. Please email us your request with the order number, and we will be happy to issue a refund to your credit card in the amount of the mark-down.
For a limited time, all orders within the U.S. are shipped free of charge, by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped by USPS only; USPS standard rates apply. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO) and DPO.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return mailed within 10 days of the receipt of merchandise (as indicated by the carrier in the tracking info). Please email us at cs@bijouree.com to obtain a return authorization number and return address information. All items must be returned in the original condition along with the packaging. Please mail your return with a copy of the receipt or the packing slip via a carrier of your choice. Please note that a tracking number and insurance for the full value are required. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit; please contact your carrier directly in such an event. A refund to your credit card will be issued immediately after your return is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 2 billing cycles for your refund to show up on your credit card statement. Return shipping cost is not refundable. After 10 days, returns can be made for store credit only, with a 25% restocking fee applied. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of the order.
To ensure quick service, we process exchanges as two separate transactions. If you wish to make an exchange, simply place a new order and return your original order. Review our return policy and instructions here.
We take pride in the quality of our products. Nonetheless, due to the delicate nature of jewelry made with sterling silver, damage may occur during the lifetime of the product. We offer free repairs within 6 months of the date of purchase if damage occurs due to normal wear and tear. Please note that materials for repair may not be readily available for limited edition items. Charges may apply if larger components of the piece need to be replaced. To ensure your complete satisfaction with our products, we try to accommodate all requests for custom changes to our designs. Such modifications include substututing fishhook earwires for leverbacks or earstuds, adding an extender chain to the necklace, making the necklace longer without an extender chain, etc. Please email us at cs@bijouree.com to discuss your options. Additional charges may apply. All custom orders are non-returnable.

Silver jewelry can tarnish with the time. To restore its natural shine, use a soft silver polishing cloth or a silver cleaning solution. Always rinse your jewelry afterwards and dry thoroughly with a cotton cloth. Silver can scratch easily, therefore abrasive cleaners should be avoided. Do not immerse silver jewelry containing pearls or stones of any kind in the silver cleaning solution. Exposure to harsh chemicals of the solution may permanently damage gemstones and pearls. Storing your jewelry in a closed ziplock bag will keep it tarnish-free longer.
